Faye said goodnight to her father and left the table to go read.

Ari slowly began to fall asleep with the book in her lap. Dusk smiled and closed her eyes.

Faye wondered which book to hoold while she thought, she decided on Kiera Kiera even though it usually made her cry and it was a 6th grade level book, she loved it. She lay on her bed connecting with the cats in the forset right now,. The rain wasn't bothering the camp anymore.

Ari had slept the whole night and the fire died to a faint glow.

Faye had slept 3 hours that night, it was usually the average amount. She jumped from her bed, made it, then went to take a shower and brush her teeth. When she got back she put on a t-shirt and sweatpants, rolling up the bottom. She put on a running jacket and looked out the window. Perfect, it was raining. She walked down the stairs and out the door for a run, barefoot.

Ari turned over and heard Dusk yowl. She woke up. "What?!" she said still half asleep. She stood up and went to take a shower and brush her teeth.

faye wasn't runnning very fast at first, but then sped up to an inhumanely rate. she felt the earth below her feet and closed her eyes, she weaved through the trees easily, not missing a beat.

She walked outside in sweats and walked around bringing Dusk out to play.

Faye fwelt someone nearby, that was weird because not many people were awake this time of day, it was nearly 5 o'clock in the morning.. who was it? Ah, it was Ari., of course. faye rounded a corner and surely enough, there was Ari and Dusk, sitting out in the wet grass. It had stopped raining, unfortunatly. Faye walked up to them and said "Good morning, enjoying the weather?"

"Morning." Ari smiled. "I was, I love the smell of fresh rain." she smiled. Dusk meowed hello.

she smiled " knwo just what you mean, plus so musch more. don't worry, you'll learn soon enough."she strailed off more a minute

Ari smiled.

Dusk bounced on a fly.

"would you like to join me on my run?" she asked

(no offense but you can't be a perfect runner, like me. it comes with the whole "talking to animals, new power, one with the earth thing")

"Sure." she said.

Faye smiled and they started along the road. Where do you want to go?" she asked Ari
